Having coached soccer and baseball for nine years and having worked on the Chicago Sun Times triathlon medic team, Dr. Emde brings a unique wealth of sports medicine knowledge to his practice. The combination of Chiropractic and sports-medicine treatment techniques ensures the speediest possible recovery and strengthened tissue for lifelong health.
Awards & Accreditations
Dr. Emde was a board member for the (WSCA) Washington State Chiropractic Association for six years. He is one of only 46 Board Certified Chiropractic Sports Physicians in the State of Washington, and the only one in Skagit County. He was presented a research award for his participation in, and the publication of, three research articles from the National College of Chiropractic, now known as the College of Natural Health and Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. Non-chiropractic awards include being nominated by his company and winning the Chiefs Company Award for his squad when he went through the fire academy and was certified as a volunteer fire fighter, first responder.
